Since 1968, the United States has celebrated the history, culture, and influence of Latinx and Hispanic American citizens whose families came from Mexico, Spain, Central America, and South America.  The contributions of these individuals have enriched and influenced our society and culture for generations, giving voice to a myriad of ideas, perspectives, experiences, and sources of imagination.  In honor of Latinx/Hispanic Heritage Month (taking place between September 15-October 15, 2018), Fanbase Press and the creators of Quince wish to continue that sharing of ideas, imagination, and culture by offering Issue #1 of the Eisner Award-nominated series for free on ComiXology in both English and Spanish.

Fanbase Press is excited to announce that The Margins graphic novel is now available for sale through ComiXology! Written by David Accampo and Paul Montgomery and illustrated by Amanda Donahue, the graphic novel examines the dual nature of an artist's creative process in providing a healthy outlet for self-expression, as well as an unhealthy mechanism for avoidance and isolation. At its core, The Margins serves as an allegory for the growing trend of gatekeeping and its devastating ramifications.
